• If you purchase a physical product, we will refund your initial shipping charges, but you must pay for shipping the product back to us. This second shipping charge will not be reimbursed. We will issue your refund upon receipt of the returned product.
• If you receive an e-product from us, you must agree to delete all of the content that came with the product purchase.
